Standard Shipping and Handling prices listed below are for all orders shipped to any one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders that are requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, a U.S. Military APO/FPO address, or to any country other than the United States, will incur an additional shipping charge based on the product size and weight. Please contact us via email from our mail form for any of these locations shipping charges -- prior to ordering.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is currently available on select noted carriers for orders placed in the 48 contiguous United States. These orders will incur normal international shipping charges for international orders.
We currently do not offer any free shipping promotions to any international orders at this time.
Free Shipping Return policy:
Promotional Free Shipping returns may incur a restocking fee equal to what would have been the original shipping charge of their order up to but not exceeding $9.99. This will only apply to orders which after the return would not have qualified for free shipping.
Any order which did not qualify for free shipping will NOT incur any restocking fees.
Shipping Time
In-Stock items will usually ship out in 1-3 days from the date of your order, out of stock items will usually ship out in 1-3 weeks from the date of your order.
Please allow 1 - 5 business days for transit time once your item has shipped.
Due to the large variety of in-stock, and custom ordered merchandise our shipping times may vary between shipping the same business day for in-stock items and 4 - 6 weeks for custom ordered pieces.
Because we cannot predict what our workload will be, no GlamourDog employee can guarantee shipping faster than the listed availability unless expedited (RUSH DELIVERY) shipping is available, purchased, and processed while we are on the phone with our customer. Shipping and Handling Cost

Overnight Shipping and Handling
Overnight shipping is only available for non-custom items which are currently
in-stock. In order to determine that an item is available for overnight
shipping, please call us at 1.877.Glam.Dog to verify that the order can
be filled in time.
Address Correction Fees
Orders which have been submitted to GlamourDog.com with incorrect address information and have not been corrected before they are shipped will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages. Incorrect address information would include; missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.
This fee is may be charged to us by FedEx, DHL, and UPS when packages are undeliverable due to lack of, or bad information in the address. This fee will be billed to the credit card the order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your cooperation.
International Shipping and Handling Cost
Some International orders will require an additional shipping charge. If your order requires an additional charge we will contact you to obtain your approval for the added amount. Standard international Shipping and Handling Costs for all items other than beds and furniture are determined according to the total cost of your order. The following chart displays the amount that will be added for most international orders.
**Please note: Additional charges may be accessed to international orders by your government, or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer.**
International shipping will usually require additional shipping time.
Depending on the items that you order, shipping times can vary greatly. Many of our products are normally sent to our customers directly by the manufacturer. For all foreign orders we have these items shipped directly to us before we ship them all back out to you to save you on shipping costs. Because of this, all your items will ship when we receive the last item in your order and we are able to ship them all together.

Furniture and Bed Shipping Costs
Shipping and Handling Costs for all beds and furniture may incur additional shipping charges. After placing your order for furniture or a bed, we will contact you to let you know if there will be any additional shipping fees, and if so what they will be.
Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you immediately and
inform you of the expected delivery date. Back ordered items are shipped as
soon as available.
Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
Due to abuse, you must contact us within 45 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
UPS Ground Shipping from Frisco, TX
The following map is used only when calculating time in transit for Ground Packages shipped from our Frisco, TX retail location.
Many packages will not be shipped via UPS ground, also some packages may be shipped directly from warehouses based on our Frisco, TX inventory.
