Just place a mini pad in the crotch area and worry no more. Also features elastic around the legs and velcro front closure for ease and adjustablitly. Machine washable. The Darla Bloomers are made from adorable red and white polka dot corduroy, layers of skirt ruffles and lined with 100% super soft babypnk cotton flannel. Proudly made in the U.S.A.
