GlamourDog always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days after it is delivered to you for a merchandise credit or refund to your credit card..
Because GlamourDog frequently has items and sizes which may not be available, we do not offer exchanges, simply return your item and place a new order for the item you would like..
Refunds to credit cards will incur a %10 restocking fee. There is NO restocking fee for store credit.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you are in a hurry, or you are near 30 days, please just e-mail us, there is never a reason to waste money expressing a return back to us, we can always work with you. Additionally, some express packages arrive outside our normal business hours which can cause the item to actually be returned to the sender delaying your return by weeks!
HOW DO I MAIL IT BACK!
Please package your item safely and securely. Please remember this is your property until we have safely received it.
Please include a note with the word "REFUND" or "STORE CREDIT" on it. In the event you would like a store credit we will e-mail you with a Gift Certificate for the amount of your order.
In the case of a return, you may receive a merchandise credit for the full amount, or a refund to your credit card less a %10 restocking fee. (exceptions listed below). However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs.
Return exception: Sorry we cannot accept returns on, engraved I.D. Tags, Custom made Tutu's, custom made cheerleader dresses, or any other permanently personalized printed items, (personalized collars with removable letters are returnable).
Return exception: Costumes and wedding items may only be returned for store credit only.
Return exception: Large items including beds, carriers, houses, pottys and other items may incur shipping fees equal to, but not to exceed the actual shipping cost incurred for shipping the item, and returning the item in the event that it is returned.
Free / .99 cent Shipping Return exception:
Promotional Free Shipping, or .99 cent shipping offers will incur added shipping fees equal to, but not to exceed the actual shipping cost incurred for shipping the item, and returning the item in the event that it is returned.
Returned carriers which qualified for free shipping or .99 cent shipping will incur a shipping fee equal to, but not to exceed the actual shipping cost incurred for shipping the item, and returning the item in the event that it is returned.
Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with REFUND or STORE CREDIT written on it.

Do not mail merchandise in paper envelopes.
We are not responsible for any returned packages or merchandise lost or damaged in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via:
FedEx GROUND (Ground includes $100 insurance) or
UPS GROUND (Ground includes $100 insurance) or
US Mail First Class or Priority Mail with "Delivery Confirmation", optional upgrades for first class would be "signature required" and insurance for your protection.
We do receive first class returns with no tracking every day, however shipping a return to us with no tracking is done at your own risk, we are not responsible for lost returns.
PLEASE DO NOT OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS SHIP YOUR RETURN. This will not speed up the process of your return and we would prefer you not spend your money on overnight or express shipping fees, if there is a time issue, just give us a call and we can work with you.
Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with GlamourDog.
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Shipping Charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are needed we will contact you for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.
Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
Due to abuse, you must contact us within 45 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
Canceling an Order
We apologize but we Can Not accept cancellation requests by e-mail.
In many cases GlamourDog orders are processed immediately or routed to other offices and fullfillment centers to be processed immediately.
In most cases orders can not be cancelled after the order is placed and the customer will need to process a return based on our return policies, conditions and restrictions.
If you would like to request that your order be cancelled, please call us immediately at 1-877-GlamDog (452-6364), also please e-mail us in case we are able to catch it to determine if it is possible to cancel a portion, or all of your order.
