GlamourDog - 30 Day Policy

GlamourDog always guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or refund less a %10 restocking fee.

In the case of a return, you may receive a refund less %10 of the purchase price (exceptions listed below). However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs.

Return exception: Sorry we cannot accept returns on, engraved I.D. Tags, or any other engraved or permanently embroidered items, (personalized collars are returnable).

Return exception: Costumes, and wedding items may only be returned for store credit.

Return exception: Promotional Free Shipping orders may incur a shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge of their item, only if the return would cause the order to no longer qualify for the promotional discount.

Return Instructions
Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with REFUND or EXCHANGE written on it. If you would like to exchange the item, please let us know what you would like to exchange the merchandise for.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with GlamourDog.

Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we will allow one exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a additional re-stocking and shipping and handling fee of $12.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

Due to abuse, you must contact us within 45 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
